You can return or exchange any item purchased from Hamasat Accessories by Feras Hussami Online Shop within ten (14) days of receipt for an exchange, or within three (14) days of receipt for a refund.

While you place your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order is been purchased successfully.

1. We have customer assistance from Saturday to Thursday, during working hours 9AM to 6PM.
2. To get help, you can contact us through our social media channels, email address, or by WhatsApp.

Due to the pandemic condition the order may delayed by two to seven days. But you can directly contact our customer support to check you order status.

1. To keep the color as shine as you bought it, keep the product away from perfumes, skin care products and oils etc.
2. The products are silver 925 plated with gold, if you’re not keeping your product away from the things mentioned in the first step it is normal to lose its color.
3. Any issues you might face regarding any damage to the product, you can get use of your yearly grantee for all the products of Hamasat Accessories By Feras Hussami

You can pay by online transaction or by cash on delivery (UAE & KSA) after you successfully placed your order 

1.After your successful completion of order you can pay by online transaction or you can pay while you pick up the item.
2. Once your transaction is done you can either choose delivery of the product or you can pick it from our store itself with the transaction receipt

If your purchase is worth 250 AED/SAR or more you can avail free shipping.

    I am from the UK and loved the jewellery! I have bought, one necklace/earring set plus returned to the store also buying another 4 necklaces last week in the Wafi mall. I am now back in the UK. I left my phone number but have no receipts sent? Maybe the code for the Uk didn’t work? I have one necklace that has an end piece missing. It just ends as jump rings, this was the most expensive one too! I didn’t notice when I purchased this. Could I be sent one piece please to get it fixed. Here in the Uk? Thank you
