REFUND, RETURN AND UPGRADES
You can return or exchange for an upgrade any item purchased from Hamasat Accessories Online Shop within ten (10) days of receipt for an exchange, or within three (3) days of receipt for a refund.
You may be able to get the refund or exchange items purchased from the Hamasat Accessories Online Shop at a Hamasat Accessories physical store. To locate our store nearest to you, please visit our store location.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable, unless faulty or not as described.
Please note that the products you are returning must be in a new, unworn and superb condition.
Warranty and Policy void if the item/s are modified or misused.
Please retain your original receipt to guarantee the manufacturing warranty on your product.
WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
Hamasat Accessories Online Shop will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This includes metal’s change of color, stone out etc.

You may give the item/s for repair at a Hamasat Accessories physical store. To locate our store nearest to you, please visit our store location.
After the warranty period of one year, you can still send us items for repair by visiting our store. We will assess the problem and accept the repair if possible, and you will just need to pay the factory cost.
